– We check stock and availability before putting in an order.  This way, you don’t end up placing an order only to find that stock is not available.
– We help you get the best deals over the phone, instead of paying a fixed price online.  Orders in larger quantities can avail of valuable discounts and savings.  We constantly update clearance and sales info from manufacturers and pass these down to our customers. We also save a lot on overhead costs which translates into better prices for our customers.
– We have no fancy marketing gimmicks.  You get the same low prices without the ‘5% – 75% discounts’ that other retailers offer.

Shipping

TileDaily offers *FREE SHIPPING on select items within the US.  Exceptions do apply in some cases.  We ship within the US, to Canada and internationally. At TileDaily, we shop around to get you the lowest rates with multiple carriers rather than use just one carrier.

Returns

Returned merchandise will generally incur a 25% – 35% restocking fee, depending on manufacturer specifications.  The customer is responsible for shipping the items back in original condition and the costs incurred.  Free shipping is a bonus we offer based on a sale.  If the tiles are returned, any associated shipping fees must also be recovered and will be deducted from your returned total.  Daily deal tiles cannot be returned and sales are final.  Merchandise must be returned within 5-10 days, and will require an RMA number which is issued only if return meets our criteria.

Why can’t I see pricing?

The tile industry is a highly competitive market with limited profit margins for retailers.  Listing lower prices online hurts the sales of local brick & mortar stores.  That is not our intention.  While we can emulate the same, we refuse to follow the practices of certain online merchants that monopolize the market with low rates. We are small business and we value brick and mortar stores and other small business as the backbone of this country. For those that do purchase from us, we sincerely appreciate your patronage, and we will continue to offer quality service and goods.
