We provide a couple options to order samples. Our samples are generally shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

– Small Priority Mail Box, $7.00 – (1 – 4 samples, 4×4 swatches)
– Medium Priority Mail Box, $14.00 (4 – 8 samples, or larger samples)
USPS Priority packages are usually delivered within 2-3 business days of shipment, and shipments can be tracked on USPS.com
Most custom sample orders will ship via FedEx ground at a general rate of $20.00. Larger shipments may cost more. Please call us at 1 800 419 8815 to process your order.
– To keep costs at a minimum, samples are sometimes taken from leftover pieces from broken tiles and may have small chips or nicks. These are not representative of the final product.
– If there is a large time gap between a sample order and your final product order, please note that the items will likely be from different product batches, and as such, will have slight variations in color, pattern or texture on the final shipped order. To avoid this, please call us to re-approve any such variation before placing a final order.
– TileDaily is not responsible for misplaced USPS/FedEx packages. We will certainly help track any lost packages to the best of our ability, however, USPS/FedEx is solely responsible for lost or misplaced shipments. You can call USPS/FedEx directly with your tracking number to resolve the issue or please call us at 1-800-419-8815 for assistance.
