This mosaic is made from a mix of emperador dark, emperador light and crema marfil marble.  Each penny is almost an inch in diameter and 3/8″ thick.  This is a high end version of the stone mosaic, and they are set close together to minimize grout spaces and enhance the finished appearance.  Create beautifully unique, bold and elegant designs and interiors with these natural stone mosaics.

In moist or wet environments, a neutral sealer is recommended to preserve the natural look of the stone over the years.  You can enhance the gloss and color by also using enhancing sealers.  (These mosaics are polished, however marble is still a porous material and using a sealant is recommended to help prevent dust or moisture particles from seeping into the stone.)
